Mr. Maybruck has a long history in the Westport area. His grandfather was one of the first developers to build in Westport and Fairfield in the early 1950s’. In fact, Mr. Maybruck’s grandfather named two roads in Westport after him and his sister, Richard Drive and Jennie Lane . Mr. Maybruck has been a long time resident of both Westport and Weston.
Mr. Maybruck has been in real estate since 1997 and has been manager of a major real estate firm in Westport for 18 months before going back into direct sales. Under his managerial leadership his office was the highest producing office among 26 offices in that firm’s system. Mr. Maybruck has sold millions of dollars of real estate in Fairfield County . He has won numerous awards for his real estate achievements and has received many accolades from buyers, sellers and renters.
Richard Maybruck entered the oil tanker business at the age of 24 and worked for the same shipping family for 30 years and became Director of Chartering and President of a ship owning company. In this capacity, Mr. Maybruck was solely responsible for chartering, purchasing and selling company owned vessels. Mr. Maybruck’s strong business and negotiating skills makes him one of the Higgins Groups to top real estate agents. He has been quoted several times in Westport Magazine for his insights on the real estate market.

When Ann received her Doctorate in Education, little did she realize that her expertise would come to good use as a Realtor. Her dual background in business and psychology; A Master in Counseling from the University of Maryland and a PhD from Georgia State University with a major in Counseling and a minor in Business have conferred on her exceptional skills for navigating the treacherous waters of today’s real estate market.
Ann takes a very proactive role in helping her clients to achieve their real estate goals. As a Realtor in Fairfield County since 1985, Ann has been active in Listing and Selling homes and new subdivisions on the Gold Coast through both boom and bust years. She
prides herself on being able to listen, interpret and respond with a solid base of marketing knowledge and human intervention skills.
Professionally, Ann has been named one of the Outstanding Realtors of Fairfield County by Unique Homes Magazine . During her tenure in Real Estate, she has achieved
Status as President’s International Circle , Gold Elite and Gold Star Designations. Ann is a partner in the A Team at William Raveis Real Estate in Westport , Connecticut .
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; her career path led from Educational Administration in the Atlanta Public Schools to sales and marketing for Addison-Wesley Publishing Company and the College Board in New York. She is active in her community as a volunteer and mother of two almost-grown daughters and a pair of Shitzus.
